Think you’ve got what it takes to be a “Front Row Pro”?  Send in your entry for a chance to win a Premium Tailgate Parking Space located in the front row of the coveted Lot “B” at Chicagoland Speedway® for the NASCAR® Race Weekend September 16-18, 2011.  Simply submit your favorite tailgating recipe according to the rules below and you could be a “Front Row Pro”!

Rules for the 

  “CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY® FRONT ROW PRO CONTEST”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Contest begins August 30, 2011 at 12:00 PM CDST, and ends 4:00 PM CDST on September 8, 2011.  You will be entered to win upon submitting your favorite tailgating recipe, name, address, zip code, daytime and evening phone numbers, e-mail address, age, and (a) faxing your entry to (815)  727-7895, or (b) contestants may come to Chicagoland Speedway office between August 30, 2011 and September 8, 2011 during the hours of 8:30 AM-4:30 PM CDST Monday-Friday (offices closed Labor Day) and submitting your entry at the front desk; or (c) mailing contest entry to Chicagoland Speedway® Front Row Pro Contest c/o Chicagoland Speedway, 500 Speedway Blvd., Joliet, IL 60433. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due entries.  Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries not considered.  All entries must be received on or before 4:00 PM CDST on September 8, 2011.  Contest open to legal residents of the United States age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.  Only one entry per person permitted.  Employees of Raceway Associates, LLC; Route 66 Raceway, LLC; and their parent, subsidiaries, limited liability or related companies, and members of their immediate family may not participate.  Available prizes: Thirty-Four (34) prize winners will receive One (1) Premium Tailgate Parking Space located in the coveted front row of Lot “B” at Chicagoland Speedway® for the NASCAR® Event Weekend tentatively scheduled to take place on September 16-18, 2011.  Approximate retail value of each prize is: $35.00 (Total ARV:  $1,190.00).  Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.  All applicable taxes, license, registration fees, insurance, and any other expenses not specifically listed herein (including without limitation any necessary transportation and lodging) are the responsibility of each prize winner.  Prize winners must each present personal identification bearing his/her photograph, name, age, and address, and sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release in order to take delivery of any prize.  Prizes are not transferable.  No cash in lieu of prizes.  No substitution of prizes.  In the event any race is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash, prize substitutions, or other compensation will be provided.  Any difference between estimated prize values and actual prize values will not be awarded to any prize winner.  Winners will be selected on or about September 10, 2011 from among all eligible entries and will be notified by telephone or e-mail on or before September 13, 2011.  If any winner fails to take delivery of his/her prize or cannot be reached by telephone or e-mail by 12:00 PM CDST on September 13, 2011, then an alternate winner for that prize will be selected from among remaining eligible entries.  Judges decisions are final.  By entering this contest and/or using any prize, you agree: (1) to release Raceway Associates, LLC; Route 66 Raceway, LLC; their parent, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in this contest or with acceptance and use of any prize; and (2) to receive phone, e-mail and mail solicitation from International Speedway Corporation and its affiliates, even if otherwise listed on a do-not-call list or other similar list; and (3) to be bound by these rules and any decisions of the sponsor or promoter relating to participation in the contest, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final.  In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Raceway Associates, LLC and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Void where prohibited by law.  Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Winners’ names will be posted on the track’s website www.chicagolandspeedway.com , facebook and twitter pages of Chicagoland Speedway® and Route 66 Raceway® following the drawings.
